Sean Northup is an associate of Greenstreet Ltd., a Zionsville, Indiana-based real estate development brokerage and consulting firm. He is responsible for compiling and presenting elements of project proposals, conducting background research, and providing technical assistance for mapping and design. His experience includes four years of comprehensive planning with Ball State Universitys Community Based Projects, as well two years with The Community Partnership. He has worked in dozens of communities in five states, facilitating public charrettes in which he met with residents, business leaders, and community organizers to create local comprehensive and community action plans. Sean held an internship with Birchler Arroyo Associates in Berkley, Michigan, where he assisted senior planners in their consulting responsibilities. He was also responsible for 3D modeling, archiving, and training coworkers on design software.

Sean holds a Master's of Urban & Regional Planning and a Bachelor's in Urban Planning & Development from Ball State University's College of Architecture and Planning in Muncie, Indiana. While in school, Sean served as representative to the American Planning Association and as President of the Student Planning Association. As a digital illustrator, he contributed to The Small Town Planning Handbook, Third Edition, and he is an active member of the American Planning Association and the Urban Land Institute.
