Experience
To us, geography is less important than philosophy. We work in urban, suburban and rural communities throughout the United States at scales ranging from less than one acre to over 12,000 acres.
The common thread though, is that our projects, and the clients who develop them, strive to create something different.
We have managed the sale of over $350 million in real estate; participated in planning and development of over 30 projects and over 35,000 acres in California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, New Mexico, Texas and Indiana; and been a consultant and advisor to public and private sector clients in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, New Mexico, Minnesota, Texas, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and Virginia.
